Account Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform thorough checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with various partners involved in files, including account managers, treasury managers, and legal advisors.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of banking services and products.
- Build lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, proactive support, and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools, driving efficiency and productivity.
You will be part of our Specialized Groupe sector, a dynamic and collaborative team that values exceptional customer service and teamwork. As an Account Representative, you will report to the Manager Sales Support, Spécialized Groupe, and have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses, with a strong understanding of commercial transactions and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of LIS, PH, and ICOP applications, a plus.
- Good sense of initiative and a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English and French are the primary languages required for this role, with the ability to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
