  • Make recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.

  • Develop and manage banking relationships and plans for prospective clients.
  • Advise on sales strategy based on a deep understanding of the market, relevant industry verticals, market competitors, client needs, and business growth opportunities.

  • Recommend business priorities, advise on resource requirements, and develop a roadmap for strategic execution.

  • Plan, execute, and fulfill cash management product solutions sales and services activities in alignment with standards.
  • Provide product and process knowledge to stakeholders (e.g., product information, pricing, implementation timeframes, requirements, etc.).
  • Identify risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate impacts and maintain operational integrity.
  • Stay abreast of client needs, industry trends, and best practices, and the regulatory environment as it relates to the products and services provided.
  • Operate at a group/enterprise-wide level and serve as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Compensation

$84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
