Work Environment

Our housekeeping team operates in a variety of settings including hotels, motels, and resorts, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Dust and tidy furniture to create a neat environment.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens for guest comfort.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in operating rooms and other designated areas.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure hygiene.
  • Handle and report lost and found items responsibly.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Mend clothing and linens as necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties consistently.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to uphold standards.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers for guest use.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and tight deadlines. The role involves:

  • Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
  • Physical demands including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout shifts.
  • Overtime may be required during peak times.
