Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team at VeronaSuits. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, accounting software, database software, project management software, inventory control software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Outlook.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel regularly.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
