Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at VeronaSuits. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Setting: Remote location, willing to relocate
- Financial Benefits: Bonus, Commission
