Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Select trade subcontractors and prepare construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and read blueprint, schemas, and drawings
  • Plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials, and oversee land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs, develop risk management plans, and oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
