Key Responsibilities- Administer Medications: Provide intravenous and subcutaneous injections to patients in their homes or in specialty clinics.
- Monitor Patient Care: Assess and monitor patients' pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments, ensuring adherence to program protocols.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete necessary documentation and report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar's policies and procedures.
- Patient Education: Provide individualized or group education to patients and caregivers on product monographs and program protocols.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and timely treatment delivery.
- Travel and Flexibility: Travel to clinics and patients' homes within a designated geographical area, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Education and Experience: A registered nurse with a valid license, at least three years of experience in a clinical setting, and one year of experience in IV initiation.
- Certifications and Skills: Current CPR certification, ACLS or PALs certification, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
