About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Broadstreet Properties LTD. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties, ensuring top-level tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site operations, including rent collections, leasing applications, and tenant relations
  • Work closely with the leasing team to achieve vacancy goals and drive business growth
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling and inspections
  • Recommend physical repairs and replacements, and create work orders as necessary
  • Participate in meetings and provide recommendations on operations and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in a management role, preferably in property management or a related field
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with ERP systems is an asset
