Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and review reports on transportation operations, including delivery schedules, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance.
- Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase efficiency in our transportation operations.
- Coordinate and schedule activities with other departments to ensure seamless execution of our logistics operations.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our transportation operations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
