About the Role

  • Lead capital project initiatives through the initiation, planning, development, and deployment phases of the SDLC.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and execute projects in support of business strategies.
  • Direct project teams and establish project management best practices to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily project activities.
  • Identify and assess project dependencies, providing timely recommendations.
  • Establish and monitor project performance metrics.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of project financials, validating actuals and forecasting future months.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with project management policies, including weekly reporting and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain resource planning, including internal assignments, conflicts, and augmentation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in project management.
  • Expert knowledge of project management best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools.
  • Experience managing projects using frameworks from Waterfall to Agile.
