About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team at Tangerine as a Product Management Leader, Credit Cards. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new credit card products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new credit card products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the credit card market.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases and recommendations for new product initiatives, including market analysis, customer needs, and financial projections.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all product development and launch activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other graduate degree a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
