Job Summary

Chachi's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including operating a cash register and handling customer payments.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and floors, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Inventory and Stocking: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
  • Experience: Will train, permanent employment, 30 to 40 hours per week, English language.
