Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise accounting staff in duties and policies
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports
- Coordinate and assign work to team members
- Supervise staff and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Collect payments from debtors and authorize payments by cheque
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Work with online accounts and systems
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
