Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing guidance to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of accounting staff, including assigning tasks and reviewing work for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
