Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing guidance to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of accounting staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
- Review and verify the accuracy of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting functions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
