Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of accounting and related clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
