Mortgage Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the mortgage sector.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage market, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and internal partners to drive business growth and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, mortgage sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
