About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. as a Construction Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Cleanliness: Clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, tight deadlines, and manual dexterity required. The role involves handling heavy loads and working at heights.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
