Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our MAC team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
