Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
