Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Ardene. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail team.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, marketing, and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising plans, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, processing transactions, and securing the store.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
