Key Holder Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team at Ardene. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with visual merchandising and marketing directives to create an engaging store experience
* Collaborate with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations
* In the absence of team leaders, oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking, and merchandising
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching every customer
* Process purchases at the register
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed

**Requirements**

* Minimum 1-year retail experience
* High school diploma an asset
* Excellent selling and customer service abilities
* Strong time management and priority-setting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
* Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder
* Move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store (weighing up to 30 pounds)

**Availability Requirements**

* Days, evenings, and weekends
