Job Title: Call Center Agent

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. This is a full-time remote position that requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify the needs of clients and find solutions to their problems.
  • Answer inbound calls, convert them to leads, and later to towing jobs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable computer with a minimum Intel Core i7 8th generation processor or AMD Ryzen 5,7,9 (Minimum series 3600) processor.
  • A minimum of 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB SSD or higher storage.
  • A 2 GB graphics memory and a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25mbps upload and download speeds.
  • A power backup that can sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift).
Work Conditions:

This is a full-time remote position that requires:

  • Working in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Weekly payouts.
  • A salary of $12.00 USD/hr + bonus/incentives.
  • Shift-based work in a Call Center that operates 24/7.
