Sekure Merchants is offering a competitive signing bonus of $500 for the right candidate.

We're seeking a persuasive and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by making outgoing calls to prospective clients in the US and transferring calls to our Inside Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and be motivated to exceed targets to earn a great income. If you're a driven and enthusiastic individual who is not afraid to make outgoing calls or speak to business owners over the phone, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a day schedule from 9am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients in the US
  • Identify the decision-maker or business owner and pitch them on our services to help save them money for their business
  • Generate leads by transferring calls to our Inside Sales team or by booking appointments
  • Use rebuttals and other sales material to close deals

Requirements:

  • Complete fluency in English is mandatory
  • Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred but not required
  • B2B sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and client objections
  • Tenacious and results-driven character
  • Motivation for money and advancement within the company
  • Basic computer skills required

In order to be considered for the signing bonus, you must have payment processing experience in a call center environment for a minimum of 1 year or a proven sales record in the payment processing industry.
