Sekure Merchants is offering a signing bonus of $500 for the right candidate. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Lead Representative.

As a Lead Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by making outgoing calls to prospective clients in the US and transferring calls to our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate is not afraid to make outgoing calls or speak to business owners over the phone.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients in the US
  • Identify the decision-maker or business owner and briefly pitch them on our services to help save them money for their business
  • Generate leads by transferring calls to our Inside Sales team or by booking appointments
  • Make use of rebuttals and other sales material

Requirements:

  • Complete fluency in English is mandatory
  • Telemarketing or call center experience preferred, but not required
  • B2B sales experience, an asset
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and client objections (must have thick skin)
  • Tenacious and results-driven character
  • Motivation for money and advancement within the company
  • Basic computer skills required

*In order to be considered for the signing bonus, you must have payment processing experience in a call center environment for a minimum of 1 year or a proven sales record in the payment processing industry.*
