Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain a smooth supply chain.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks.
  • Document in-store actions and provide detailed reports to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel for special projects, including possible overnights.
  • Attention to detail, understanding of planograms, and ability to execute tasks accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
