About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
