About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Metrotown. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a premium shopping environment for our customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize store operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
