About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at AX Metrotown. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, driving sales, and ensuring a well-organized stockroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve the store's business
  • Ensure a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow practices
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
