Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Metropolis at Metrotown. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
  • Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
  • Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
  • Recover cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'
  • Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
  • Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process

Compensation

Estimated range of compensation for this role: $17.00 - $21.00
