Customer Experience Manager

Volkswagen Financial Services Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Advocacy department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer experience goals
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer experience and service
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through customer-centric strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
