Agricultural Sales Representative

Flaman is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the agricultural sector.
  • Sales & Product Promotion: Promote and sell a wide range of agricultural products, equipment, and services offered by Flaman.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities in the agricultural industry.
  • Product Knowledge & Education: Stay informed about the latest advancements, features, and benefits of Flaman's agricultural products and services.
  • Customer Consultation & Support: Offer consultative support to customers, understanding their unique requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for the agricultural industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
