About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve sales techniques.
  • Sales Operations
    • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Manage sales inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management to drive sales growth.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience

Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at Duct Cleaning Masters, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and sales staff on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
