About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2810884 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management on sales trends and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
