Position Overview

Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. This role is essential in ensuring our sales team meets its targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize financial transactions, including cheque payments.
  • Manage inventory orders and returns.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in direct sales of merchandise.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities.
  • Oversee payroll processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
