We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Agent to join our team at Alta Appliance Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization, addressing customer complaints and concerns.
- Provide information to customers, explain services offered, and issue receipts.
- Maintain records and statistics, and perform general office duties.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Organized and quick learner.
- Experience an asset.
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
