Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Agent to join our team at Alta Appliance Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Act as Spokesperson: Represent our organization in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to customer complaints, provide information, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Process Orders: Arrange for billing, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain Records: Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions, including feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
- Order Office Supplies: Procure and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Perform General Office Duties: Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to Multitask: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quick Learner: Be a quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and procedures.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset, but not required. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and a dynamic work environment.
