About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Great Hawk Transport Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technology and Systems: Maintain and update manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring high-quality output.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
