Job Mission

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Operator/Driver to join our team at Ortec Environnement Services in Windsor. This is a permanent, full-time position.

  • Competitive hourly rate up to $27.91/hour, plus benefits and overtime pay

  • Time and a half pay after 10 hours/day and 40 hours/week

  • Time and a half pay on Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

As an Industrial Cleaning Operator/Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including vacuum trucks, hydrovac units, and high-pressure washers

  • Inspecting and preparing equipment before each job

  • Working with a team to execute cleaning and pumping operations, including vacuuming and high-pressure washing

  • Providing excellent customer service to our industrial and commercial clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license

  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow safety protocols

  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
