Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Professional to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning Tasks: General dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers, emptying garbage and recycling, and wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
  • Spot Cleaning and Sanitizing: Spot cleaning of walls and glass, and sanitizing touchpoints to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Client Interaction: Establish positive rapport with clients when possible and provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to work effectively in a variety of settings and consistently meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Must be a driver and have your own transportation as this location is not on a bus route.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate in English both written and verbally.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Previous Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.
Working Conditions

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, extra cleaning precautions are taken and required during the COVID-19 pandemic.
