About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rethink Communications LP. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents as needed.
  • Technology: Proficiently use Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive.
