Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Instant Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that food and service meet our company's expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
