Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food and beverages to order, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
