Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff

* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
* Strong leadership and communication skills
