About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap foods, package take-out food, and maintain a clean and organized food preparation area.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move frequently throughout the restaurant.
