About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new and innovative recipes that showcase the flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.
  • Culinary Leadership: Train and mentor our cooking staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to the highest standard.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of cooks, ensuring that they are motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
