Position Overview - Finance and Insurance Manager

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to enhance and expand the finance and insurance sales capabilities of our dealership.

This multifaceted role involves marketing finance and insurance solutions to clients while also contributing to the overarching strategy aimed at increasing our finance and insurance sales performance.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is integral to the Finance and Insurance department and will collaborate with dealership sales teams to meet operational goals and financial objectives.

In this role, you will leverage your finance and insurance expertise, alongside outstanding customer service and sales abilities, to present clients with the most suitable vehicle finance and insurance options tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating the sale of vehicle finance and insurance products.
  • Engaging positively with clients seeking vehicle finance, insurance, and warranty solutions.
  • Assessing client needs and presenting tailored financing options.
  • Preparing loan applications with necessary documentation and submitting them to appropriate lenders for approval.
  • Producing, printing, and organizing required documents for loan finalization, ensuring customer signatures, payouts, and insurance coverage are arranged.
  • Adhering to automotive finance and insurance regulations and policies.
  • Monitoring and optimizing all sales leads.
  • Maintaining precise and timely administrative processes and reports.

Qualifications:

High proficiency in computer applications, with experience in various Microsoft Office programs, as well as familiarity with Financier and Insurer IT systems.

Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, particularly Pentana, is advantageous.

Ability to conduct presentations to colleagues and management effectively.

This is a permanent full-time role with the financial stability of a well-established organization.
