Job Title: Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at CAA Saskatchewan. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in selling insurance policies to our customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales of Insurance Policies: Sell Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to insurance inquiries, enter and manage client data, and assist Brokers and other CAA staff with customer service for CAA Members and customers.
  • Business Development: Assist with retention of existing book of business and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Valid General Insurance License: A valid General Insurance license is required for this position.
  • Experience: Previous habitational insurance experience is a must. Commercial Insurance experience and CAIB or CIP designations are also an asset.
  • Skills: Extremely detail-oriented, professional and courteous demeanor, superior organizational and administrative skills, strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including tact, diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office and proficient computer skills, including Applied EPIC.
