CAA Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at our Moose Jaw location.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales of Habitational, Auto, and Travel Insurance Policies: Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell insurance policies to clients.
- Responding to Insurance Inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries regarding insurance policies and services.
- Entering and Managing Client Data: Accurately enter and manage client data in our system to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assisting Brokers and Other CAA Staff with Customer Service: Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service to CAA Members and customers.
- Assisting with Retention of Existing Book of Business: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and grow our book of business.
- Valid General Insurance License: Possess a valid General Insurance License to practice in the province.
- Previous Habitational Insurance Experience: Have prior experience in habitational insurance sales and service.
- Commercial Insurance Experience: Possess experience in commercial insurance sales and service.
- CAIB or CIP Designations: Hold CAIB or CIP designations to demonstrate expertise in insurance.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professional and Courteous Demeanour: Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.
- Ability to Work Independently: Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve sales and service goals.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office and Proficient Computer Skills: Possess a working knowledge of MS Office and proficient computer skills, including Applied EPIC.
