Position Overview:
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee the financial performance and operational efficiency of our retail sector. Your role will involve managing profit and loss metrics, sales performance, and overall cost management within your designated area. Success in this position will be determined by your ability to provide daily operational support to our dealer network while fostering robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the profit and loss metrics for your territory, including sales volume and margin management.
- Achieve or surpass key performance indicators for the business line.
- Ensure all locations within your territory meet established operational excellence benchmarks.
- Develop business cases and negotiate contract renewals with existing dealers.
- Create annual sales budgets for the sites within your territory.
- Formulate, implement, and sustain comprehensive 5-year business plans for your area.
- Assist the sales team in reaching growth objectives through the acquisition of new dealer partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including both dealer and joint venture partners, by providing consistent operational support and communicating sales initiatives.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of repairs and maintenance at all sites.
- Maintain PCI compliance across all locations in your assigned region.

Required Skills:

Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in relationship management or account management within the energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
