We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Island Retail Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
